David Jackson - Founder and CEO
David Jackson is the founder and CEO of Seeking Alpha. He started his career as a macro-economist at HM Treasury in London and The Bank of Israel, and later moved to Morgan Stanley in New York as a technology research analyst covering the communications equipment sector. He left in early 2003 to manage money (long/short) and explore new approaches to financial publishing, ultimately leading to the creation of Seeking Alpha in 2004. Since then, Seeking Alpha has grown to be the leading Web 2.0 finance site. He has a B.A from Oxford University and an MSc from The London School of Economics, is married with four children, and serves on the board of a food rescue charity.

Andrew Fine - VP Finance
Andrew is responsible for driving financial and operational activities to support the growth of Seeking Alpha as a world-class website. Andrew has held financial management positions with a number of internet and software companies, helped found an algo-trading hedge fund, and spent some time as assistant political advisor to the Mayor of Jerusalem. Andrew holds an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, is married with 4 kids, and is an avid armchair sportsman.

Avrom Gilbert - COO
Avrom Gilbert is responsible for the financial, legal and operational smooth-running of Seeking Alpha. In addition, he works on partnerships with other financial media companies and data providers. Avrom previously founded and ran MyStudiyo, a widget company. Before that he worked in venture capital and was an equities analyst for London-based investment banks UBS, Flemings and Carnegie. He has a B.A. from Cambridge University and tries to stay fit by running and taking martial arts lessons. Avrom's wife and 4 children make him a much better person with every passing year he is around them.

Eli Hoffmann - VP Content, Editor In Chief
Eli Hoffmann oversees all SA contributor content, heads up our in-house markets news team, and drives the creation of new content. Eli was instrumental in designing Seeking Alpha's hugely-successful Wall Street Breakfast and Market Currents news products, and continues to contribute to them. Eli joined Seeking Alpha in 2006, and was previously a trader and teacher.

Joseph Porcellini manages Seeking Alpha Inc.'s advertising sales teams in the United States. He has been a leader and Innovator in Internet Advertising since 1997, and is best known for his desire to lead the industry in customer service and creating innovative solutions for his clients. His ability to embrace change has allowed him to continue to innovate, creating award winning sales teams along with award winning advertising programs for brands such as American Express, Scotts & HP. Prior to Seeking Alpha, Joe led sales teams for Marketwatch.com, weather.com, and WashingtonPost/Newsweek Interactive. He lives in New York and has been married for over 11 beautiful years, and blessed by 2 amazing children.

Sharon is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of Seeking Alpha's business mission through development and deployment of the company's web and mobile presence. Sharon started his career as a web developer, and prior to joining Seeking Alpha was the CTO of Walla! - Israel's largest web portal. Sharon is married to Yael and has two wonderful boys.

Yosef is responsible for ensuring the success of Seeking Alpha's contributors, managing our contributor support team, and growing our base of great contributors. Yosef previously worked at the Rapaport Diamond Company, Bear Stearns, and FXCM. He has a B.A. in economics from Yeshiva University in New York, and has been following the markets since he was seven years old.

George Moriarty is the Managing Editor for Opinion & Analysis at Seeking Alpha. He joined the company in January 2012, and works closely with Editor-in-Chief Eli Hoffmann and other company leaders on content and publishing initiatives for the Seeking Alpha contributor community. George has worked as a financial journalist and editor since 1997, most recently as Editor-in-Chief at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management Online Platforms. Prior to Merrill, he was Executive Editor at TheStreet.com.

Michael Rodov is responsible for business development at Seeking Alpha. He drives the creation and execution of partnership initiatives. Mike was previously the founder and CEO of ZepInvest.com, a successful technology start-up in the investment newsletter industry. Mike is the inventor of a patent application for a business model on revenue sharing for online publishers. He has a BS from the Boston University School of Management, with a concentration in finance. Mike lives and works in NYC.

Rachel Tova Rott is responsible for the operations and management of Seeking Alpha's conference call transcript program. She has ultimate responsibility for the scheduling, production and publication of companies' quarterly conference call transcripts, and works with numerous transcription companies. Rachel Tova brings years of operations/management experience to Seeking Alpha, having worked with clients such as The Jerusalem Post, Ford Motor Company, and DaimlerChrysler. Rachel Tova has a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
